Hey, I'm Tiffany

Mum of two toddlers, step-mum to two amazing teens, and the founder of Courtesy Care Services.

For over 10 years I worked in the finance industry, a high-pressure full-time career I gave my all to. But after having my kids, something shifted. I was juggling work, home life, and parenting, and even with an incredibly supportive husband, mother, family and great people around me, I often felt like I was barely holding it all together.

When I first moved to Engadine with little ones in tow, I reached out to a local cleaner. She didn’t just clean my house, she showed up with understanding, warmth, and zero judgment. That small act of kindness made a huge impact. It helped me breathe, reset, and feel like myself again.

That moment stuck with me. So I made a bold choice: I left my corporate career behind to build something that aligned with my heart. Courtesy Care Services was born out of a deep belief that mums don’t just need a clean home, they need care, support, and someone who truly gets it.

Now I’m here for the mums of the Shire and beyond all around Sydney, the ones doing it all, the ones barely keeping up, and everyone in between. If that’s you, I see you. And I’m here to help with both hands and a whole lot of heart.

How do I book a service?

Bookings can be made directly through our website. If you can’t find a time that suits you, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.
To secure your booking, we require a $50 non-refundable booking fee, which will be deducted from your total on the day.

How can I pay?

The $50 booking fee is paid upfront. The remaining balance can be paid by:

- Card on the day

- A secure payment link we send you before or during your service

- Cash after the service is complete

Is the booking fee refundable?

The $50 booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. This helps us cover our time and hold your spot.

What happens if I cancel or reschedule?

More than 24 hours’ notice: We can reschedule your booking to another date without penalty.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: The $50 booking fee will be forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required for future appointments.

Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?

Yes. We arrive fully equipped with all professional-grade products and tools needed to get the job done. You do not need to provide anything.

Are quotes fixed?

Our quotes are based on the information you provide and a standard level of cleaning required.
⚠️ Please note: If the property is larger, more cluttered, or in worse condition than described, we may need to adjust the price to cover the extra time and work required. We will always discuss this with you before proceeding.

What’s included in a standard clean?

Our standard clean covers: kitchen, bathrooms, all floors, dusting, mirrors, sliding doors, bins out, light switches, spot wall cleaning, interior glass, and light appliance cleaning (e.g. fridge exterior, kettle, microwave).
We can tailor the service to your needs. Let us know if you would like extras such as linen changes or laundry.

Do you offer tailored or extra services?

Yes. We can include small extras like changing bed linen, putting on or folding washing, or other agreed tasks at no extra cost. Bigger add-ons like oven cleaning can be arranged for a small fee.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No, as long as we have access. Many clients provide a key or door code. Your privacy and security are always respected.

Are you insured and police-checked?

Yes. All staff have current police checks, Working With Children Checks, and full public liability insurance.

Do you service NDIS clients?

Yes. We provide cleaning, respite, and home help services for NDIS participants (as an unregistered provider). We can work with you or your plan manager to tailor services.
