Terms & Conditions

  • Payment is due within 3 business days of your clean.

  • A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Prices are “starts from” and may change if your property requires extra work (e.g. larger rooms, split-level homes, or deep cleaning). We will always let you know before works commence.

  • If you’re unhappy with your clean, please let us know within 24 hours and our team will return to fix any reasonable issues.

  • After 24 hours, we can’t guarantee a return visit.

  • As cleaning is a service, refunds are not available.

  • Non-payment may result in further action to recover costs.
