Payment is due within 3 business days of your clean.
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Prices are “starts from” and may change if your property requires extra work (e.g. larger rooms, split-level homes, or deep cleaning). We will always let you know before works commence.
If you’re unhappy with your clean, please let us know within 24 hours and our team will return to fix any reasonable issues.
After 24 hours, we can’t guarantee a return visit.
As cleaning is a service, refunds are not available.
Non-payment may result in further action to recover costs.
